Support debug reports

Confiora may allow you to send a support debug report from inside the app. A debug report helps us investigate issues without asking you to manually copy technical identifiers.

Debug reports may include app version, device context, account context, Family Space ID, current property ID, and related troubleshooting information. They should not include passwords, full payment card numbers, full bank account numbers, or other secrets.

How do I sign in?

Confiora uses Sign in with Apple. Use the same Apple account on each device to access your Confiora account.

What can I track in Confiora?

You can organize home setup, services, utilities, trusted contacts, reminders, recurring subscriptions, memberships, bills, and renewals.

How does Family Space work?

You can invite trusted family members to view shared home setup and recurring commitment awareness. You control who you invite and can remove access when needed.

Can I use Confiora for payments?

No. Confiora helps you remember and organize household commitments. Payments, cancellations, disputes, and provider changes must be handled with the provider directly.

Why am I not receiving reminders?

Check that iOS notifications are enabled for Confiora and that the reminder date or schedule is saved in the app.

How do I report a problem?

Email support with what happened, the screen you were using, and whether the issue happens again after restarting the app.

We aim to respond to support requests as soon as possible. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.
