Confiora

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: May 14, 2026

Please read these Terms before using Confiora. By creating an account, signing in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Confiora service

Confiora helps households stay aware of Home setup and recurring commitments. The app helps you organize home details, services, utilities, trusted contacts, recurring subscriptions, memberships, bills, renewal dates, reminders, Family Space sharing, and related household context.

Confiora is an organization and awareness tool. It helps you keep household information, reminders, and recurring commitments in one place. You remain responsible for confirming details, making payments, choosing service providers, and handling time-sensitive or emergency situations.

2. Account and sign in

You sign in to Confiora using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account and device secure. Confiora may use your Apple-provided identifier, email, and name to create and maintain your Confiora profile.

You may add a separate profile name or contact email in Confiora. That information is used for your Confiora profile and support context and does not replace your Apple sign-in identity. You agree to provide accurate information and use Confiora only for lawful personal or family purposes.

3. Your content and responsibility

You may add Home information such as property details, services, utilities, providers, due dates, monthly cost estimates, trusted contacts, neighbor contacts, visit history, notes, attachments, and reminders. You may also add recurring subscriptions or commitments such as streaming services, internet, HOA, gym memberships, cloud storage, kids activities, security systems, and other recurring household obligations.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you add. You should not upload content that you do not have the right to store or share. You should avoid storing highly sensitive secrets unless you are comfortable keeping them in the app and sharing them with selected family members.

4. Family Space and sharing

Confiora may let you invite family members or trusted people to view shared Home setup and recurring commitment information. Shared information may include Home names, services, utilities, trusted contacts, reminders, recurring commitments, estimated monthly spend, and Family Space activity.

When you invite someone, you are responsible for choosing the correct person and understanding what they can see. A person who accepts an invite may be able to view shared information until you remove their access or stop sharing. Do not share information with someone unless you have permission from others whose information may appear in that shared content.

5. Reminders, alerts, and estimated spend

Confiora may provide reminders or smart alerts for Home services, utility due dates, visits, subscription due dates, renewals, memberships, recurring bills, missing setup items, or Family Space updates. Reminders are provided for convenience only and may be delayed, missed, disabled, or affected by device settings.

Estimated monthly spend and subscription totals are informational only and depend on the data you enter. They may not reflect actual billing, taxes, price changes, prorations, refunds, or payment status.

6. Support and debug reports

If you request support, Confiora may generate a debug report identifier so support can investigate account, device, Family Space, current property, app version, and related context. Debug reports are intended to help troubleshoot issues and should not be used to send secrets, full account numbers, full card numbers, or raw authentication tokens.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Confiora, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload harmful content, or use Confiora to violate any law or another person's rights.

8. Availability and changes

Confiora may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Feature flags, experiments, app versions, and backend availability may affect which features are visible. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Confiora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Confiora disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Confiora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed reminders, missed payments, missed renewals, service interruptions, or missed deadlines arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

You may stop using Confiora at any time. You may delete your Confiora account at any time from Settings/More > Delete Account in the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used Confiora unlawfully.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the app or through another appropriate method. Continued use of Confiora after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
